Level Up Interviews is a product of Silva Vitalis LLC, an independent studio based in Los Angeles, California. We are a small team. We do not have a ping-pong table or a wall of press logos. What we have is a very specific frustration that we turned into a tool.
That frustration: watching qualified, experienced professionals stumble through interviews — not because they lacked the skills, but because they had never actually practised under realistic conditions. Preparation for most people meant re-reading their résumé and hoping for the best. We thought that was a solvable problem.
So we built a platform where professionals can run full, scored mock interviews with real coaches — as many times as they need, without the overhead of scheduling, rescheduling, or paying per session. The idea is straightforward: the more you practise in conditions that mirror the real thing, the less the real thing feels like a gamble.
We focus specifically on professionals with eight or more years of experience — people moving into senior, director, and executive roles where the stakes are high and the margin for a bad interview is slim. That focus shapes everything: the question sets, the scoring dimensions, the coaching feedback, and the way we think about what readiness actually means.
We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We are trying to be exactly what experienced professionals need before the interview that matters most.
