Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Level Up Interviews (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Level Up Interviews is an AI-powered mock interview platform that generates practice interview questions, records your spoken responses, and provides AI-driven feedback and scoring. The Service is intended for personal interview preparation and, where licensed, for coaching and enterprise use.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Free trial & paid plans

  • The free trial gives access to a limited number of mock interview sessions for 14 days. No payment is required for the trial.
  • After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid Pro subscription or an active enterprise licence.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are displayed at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or underlying infrastructure.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, harmful, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Share your account credentials with others outside of a licensed team plan.

6. Intellectual property

All content generated by the Service (questions, feedback, scores) is provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of content you upload (resume, audio). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated feedback is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up Interviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
