Step Two

Practice under real pressure.

When you are ready, you start your session. You choose the type of interview you want to practice: Behavioral, Technical, Executive, or Case and Strategy. Each question appears on screen and you answer out loud, on camera, with a timer running. There is no pause button. No chance to edit your answer after the fact. Step Three

Get feedback that tells the truth.

Within moments of finishing your session, your feedback is ready. A specific, honest assessment of how you actually performed in that session, for that role, against those questions. You will know exactly which moments to revisit and what to do differently next time. Every piece of feedback is tied to the specific role and company you are targeting. Your session also produces a score from 0 to 100, alongside your previous score, so you can see your progress clearly.
